Before founding IMA, Sepideh "Sep" was the driving force and Vice President of Marketing & Sales for a leading provider of in-flight audio programming for U.S. carriers including American Airlines, Delta, TWA, Northwest, and US Airways. Sep created IMA to produce in-flight video features and to continue her vision of a trustworthy working relationship with clients while developing cutting-edge, original programming for the airline passenger, perhaps the most "captive" audience possible. Her extensive business background in various industries includes positions in finance, client relations and sales. With Sep at its helm and a growing library of original in-flight video programming, IMA is rapidly becoming the leading provider of original, in-flight entertainment for major airlines throughout North America.

Grant’s 18+ years of global advertising and communications experience plays an instrumental role at IMA in shaping the ongoing strategic direction of the company.  In addition to new business initiatives, he currently oversees the creative and post-production activities for all of IMA's in-flight video features to ensure that each production comes to life without compromising the interests of show participants, airline partners and the viewing audience.  His integrated campaign experience and extensive knowledge of corporate branding and positioning proves invaluable to IMA clients looking to augment their traditional advertising, public relations and branding efforts.

Tom has been working in the TV & Film industry since 1998, with a wealth of award-winning writing, producing and directing credits to his name since that time. His films have been featured on National Geographic Television, PBS, Discovery Channel and Travel Channel, as well as in a number of international film festivals. Tom brings a fresh eye to IMA's scripts, with an engaging documentary style that fits and enhances IMA's unique brand of in-flight programming.

Since 2002, Tim has filled a most important dual role at IMA as the Editor and Director of Photography for all inflight productions. He has worked on IMA projects including some of the most well known brands and companies in the world such as ABC Television, Coca-Cola, Disney, JPMorgan Chase, Paul Mitchell, the NBA and many others in a daily effort to satisfy a demanding client base that expects the very best in IMA’s creative interpretation of their brand and story. Skilled at building each client’s video segment using a timely combination of video footage, voice over, background music and graphic/motion design, Tim is instrumental in helping bring every script and feature episode to life for the airline audience.

Bill is one of the leading media producers in Southern California, and a celebrity in his own right. He's graced radio waves around the world as a D.J., and currently hosts a daily syndicated show called "Web Tip Minutes," heard on over 300 stations. Bill is also the voice of a world-famous Southern California amusement park and its Tokyo, Japan counterpart. In one medium or another, Bill is currently heard throughout North America and Europe. Bill brings an incredible array of creative talent to IMA and its clients.

Veteran broadcaster Marty Miller brings more than 27 years of experience to IMA as the company's in-flight radio host. His career began at the pioneer talk station, WFAA in Dallas, Texas. After relocating to Los Angeles, Miller was appointed Director of Operations for RKO Radio Networks and "America Overnight," the first satellite delivered national talk show in the history of broadcasting. Miller spent the early eighties at the newly formed ABC "Talkradio" network as Senior Producer before returning to RKO in 1986 as host of the highly rated "Smokin'Oldies Jukebox" show. In 1992, Miller joined Malrite Communications in Los Angeles as Production Director for KLAC/KZLA, and soon afterwards became the Program Director of KLAC radio, the on-air home of the Los Angeles Lakers. In 1998 he left KLAC to form the full service creative and broadcast management firm Associated Broadcast Group, IMA's long-standing in-flight radio partner.
