IMA’s Global Trends in Travel program is the
first cross-platform program of its kind in the airline
industry to incorporate video, print, audio, online,
and a sweepstakes component for passengers to win a
trip to the featured destination. This program airs
on main screen and the movie channel on all of Continental
Airlines video-equipped aircraft offering exposure
to approximately 1.9 million passengers per month.
Since 2006 we’ve featured several of Continental
Airlines destinations around the globe including Canada,
China & Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Mexico, Puerto

IMA Sweepstakes
The FLY AWAY SWEEPSTAKES has been the cornerstone
of our travel series and provides Continental
Airlines passengers with a chance to win a trip
to the featured travel destination. With nearly
30,000 entrants each month since the program’s inception, participation greatly exceeds industry averages. Better yet, it validates that our programs garner passenger attention across all mediums. Participating destinations sponsors (and corporate sponsors) also retain access to the monthly entrant lists for their own marketing initiatives and travel offerings beyond the initial airdate. There’s no better ROI available for in-flight entertainment and IMA’s
repeat clients are perhaps the best testament
to the overall success of this program.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Naturally, we have a limited number of travel
destinations that can be featured in our Global
Trends in Travel in-flight series. We also
offer a corporate sponsorship program that
resides within this feature. Since 2006 we’ve
included Coca-Cola in this corporate sponsorship
role and offer special commercial airtime,
product placement and other branding elements
in this package.
